Friday morning Training circuits

Friday morning training circuits are being run @ 11:00am – these provide great training for real match simulation shot practice
Kerryn Greenwood is setting up the green to practice so please take full advantage of these efforts from Kerryn and participate when you can – it is great fun and can really improve your game

Coaching Announcement
The president and committee are very pleased and honored to announce our new and exciting coaching team that consists of Ben Toner and Leigh McIlvenny. Ben as we know has played with Bell Post Hill for the last 6 years winning 3 Club Championships, whilst Leigh returns to the club in a coaching capacity having started his bowls with Bell Post Hill as a 13 year old under the tutorship of the legendary Jeff Hart (Ben’s great uncle) with a very impressive bowls CV that includes Premier titles, state games and appointments at some big Victorian clubs.
Leigh will officially start on the 9th of September and both guys are keen to get going and help to improve/develop the club across the divisions and enhance (where possible) the Bell Post Hill Brand
Please join us in welcoming these young men into the roles, get behind them and support them as much as possible.

Club events
We will be holding some social club events through-out the season (Karaoke nights and other fun events) – Please try your best to get there and have a night of great fun at extremely good value (bring some friends – they are all welcome) – announcements will be made when the dates have been set.

Social Bowls
Social Bowls continues on Fridays – with a 12:00pm assembly for a 12:30pm start when Bell Post Hill football plays at home on the Saturday. When football plays away social bowls will be on Saturday with 10am start followed by a BBQ. This is always a great way to get in some match practice. Football draw is in the pavilion if unsure.
